Eco / Health Resource for those needing a little extra travel support
Disability Horizon‘s accessible travel section: Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and the travel accommodation lottery / Feature I wrote
is compiled by Juliette Llewellyn.
Whilst recovering from a number of serious chronic illnesses I’m starting to re-engage in my passion for travel.
Starting small and currently expanding further I have become aware that a completely different approach to travelling is required. Although many of the aspects I now need to consider, particular to my health, can also be translated into areas common for any discerning traveller.
So, I hope this site will reach both sensitive travellers also recovering from illness, their family & friends and others who are interested in travelling healthily, sustainably and receiving excellent customer service.
Either way the feel good factor of a trip is paramount!
